Talcher Kaniha Organizes Media Interaction Meet 2025
NTPC Talcher Kaniha successfully organized Media Interaction Meet-2025at Deep Tarang Hall, Deepsikha Townshipon 19th November 2025. The event served as a significant platform to strengthen communication, transparency, and collaboration between NTPC Talcher Kaniha and the media fraternity.
The program was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri K.N. Reddy, Executive Director,NTPC Talcher Kaniha. Also present on the occasion were Shri Samarpita Diwasi, GM (Projects), Shri Navneet Kumar, Head of HR and other HODs and senior officials of NTPC Talcher Kaniha.
The event commenced with a warm welcome address by the Head of HR, followed by graceful Odissi and Sambalpuri dance performances by local children, beautifully showcasing the cultural richness of the region.
A concise and informative presentation on NTPC Talcher Kaniha’s operations, achievements, and key developmental initiatives was then shared with the media, offering valuable insights into the station’s performance and ongoing CSR efforts.
During the interaction session, Shri K.N. Reddy and senior officials engaged with media representatives through an open forum, addressing a wide range of questions related to plant operations, sustainability measures, community development activities and future plans. The session was productive and reflected NTPC’s transparent communication
Towards the conclusion of the program, Shri K.N. Reddy highlighted that NTPC Talcher Kaniha is proactively working on several important issues, including operational excellence, environmental sustainability, technological advancements and enhanced community welfare initiatives. He further emphasized the station’s continued focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its contributions towards regional development.
In his closing remarks, Shri Reddy expressed heartfelt gratitude to the media fraternity for their consistent support, cooperation, and constructive engagement. He acknowledged the vital role of the media in spreading awareness about NTPC Talcher Kaniha’s initiatives, achievements, and community-driven efforts.
The program was attended by more than 100 media representatives from various media organizations.
